I wanted dine here because of the publicity I saw on social media of this restaurant. As soon I landed in Trani from Sydney, I dine in at this restaurant. I felt so unwelcome with a service that doesn’t have any details. The service has been better to so many simple restaurants. I have to say that this place need a lot of improvement . The food is ok but doesn’t match for what you pay.
Really they don’t have any attention and details. They may think to be the best but I am sorry you are not the best place to dine in .
Truly wonderful stay and experience at this hotel. I stayed solo in November and it was the best gift I've ever given myself. I didn't eat in the restaurant but the breakfasts and room service were top notch. The Spa was absolutely incredible. I usually just book a massage and am not really into using the facilities (sauna, steam room etc.) but this was different. So special. I could have stayed there all day. Lovely, lovely staff too. Book it.
Tourist trap don’t go
Rude and unprofessional staff, they also blast trash and extra loud music which makes it very hard to find peace. Advertising is good, the actual experience really bad
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The team at the front desk - Francesca, Erica, and Cristina were great. Trani is beautiful and I highly recommend Ognissanti for a great place to stay in the area. Everyone here was very welcoming and warm.
Definitely one of the most excellent and outstanding experience in Trani. We’re here for a couple of drinks on the rooftop. Drinks selection is great and well made. Also the alcol selection is great and also a simple Gin Tonic tastes great. Prices are consistent with the kind of place you re. Staff members are very charming and professional. Well done guys 🍉🍸

Very sad to see a rooftop bar wasting its spectacular view with a very poorly managed service: we had to wait way too long for being allowed to order or being allowed to pay despite the face that next to the 3 overworked service people 3-4 team leads, bar managers, receptionists where mainly doing nothing to improve the situation for their own staff - and their guests... Whoever is the responsible manager here needs to learn how to efficiently run a customer oriented roof top bar that justifies its steep prices (€30 for 1 white wine, 1 drink and some local olives). For now: at most 2 stars, poor service quality. - Take a look at how Riccardo from "Il Fico" runs his place super efficiently and very charming so.
Great vacation, we stayed for a whole week. The ground floor restaurant combines typical food with a modern take. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking and the drinks are even better!
